Shipping & Pick-up

Thank you for shopping with us, please read our shipping and pick-up details below. 

Shipping 

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to dispatch. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has dispatched.  

1. All products, with the exception of headbands, are shipped free of charge by Canada Post within Canada. Oversized letter mail postage is used. No tracking or liability coverage is included, i.e. once it leaves my hands for shipping, I no longer have control of the delivery of the item.  
2. Headbands are required to be shipped by a different method due to their dimensions; a shipping fee is associated with shipping headbands. Please refer to the stated shipping costs in checkout as they may fluctuate. 
3. Upgrades to Xpresspost are available at checkout, for all orders, fee depending on region. Much faster mailing times especially for non local orders. Tracking and liability coverage included.  

Pick-up 

Local orders may select to pickup their order. Please select the contactless pickup option at checkout. I will contact you by email with the  location and dates for pickup.

Processing times are also 2-5 business days for pick-up orders.
